Lab Analysis & Testing
Provide a variety of physical and chemical tests to access lubricant condition and its ability to perform, as required by the machine’s application.
Provide a variety of test packages to determine contamination levels and health of lubricant so you can take necessary corrective action when needed.
Thermography Analysis
Technique of analyzing the thermal characteristics of an object from its infrared image, captured through non contact thermal image device.
Thermography Analysis allows us to see heat energy radiated by objects and can tell us how efficiently the system is working.
Chemical / Acid Pickling
It’s very important to perform pickling (cleaning with acid) on the inner surface of the pipes before hydraulic, turbine or diesel system are commissioned.
The purpose is to ensure that coarse / micron particles on the inner surface of the pipe, resulting from welding, cutting or similar processes, are removed.
Hot Oil Flushing
Flushing is a process which is done to clear any contaminants present in the pipe and oil after installation. The sole purpose is to avoid damage caused by contaminants / dirt using equipment.
The pipes are cleaned by creating turbulent flow in the system and passing them through filters until the desired cleanliness value is obtained.
The cleanliness in the pipe is measured in terms of NAS / ISO / SAE values.
